I found my E-clip from my Dillon 600 swager, launched that the other evening while changing the primer size ram.

I've also been prepping 30 carbine brass
I'm processing quite a bit of 1952 and 54' military brass, along with some commercial 30 carbine brass.
I was a bit surprised to see how much smaller the military primer flash holes are compared to commercial brass flash holes.
I also found one 30 carbine brass from 1945.

Finally set a date of April 1 to quit doing 9 mm and start on a 556. Spent part of Easter cleaning up and switching over. Ended up with about 2500 MP 356– 358 – NLG – BB At round 132 grs. Loaded and ready to go to the range. Settled on some slow AA number two loads and some Winchester 244 of about 1050’/s. The only AA#7 loads that worked were too light to work the slide at around 8 to 9 hundred but are quite accurate at 5.9 grs. Just had to use a lighter spring. I spent a couple of months working on loads with 7 different powders. Always too light or too hot just couldn’t seem to find a sweet spot in the middle. Always used the same alloy I bought at a garage sale. Seems to be Lyman no. 2. Anyone want to lend an opinion on alloys versus accuracy? Looking forward to working on 5.56 for awhile. FMJ. I got about 2000 pieces of R Brass cleaned up and ready to load last year before I wrenched my shoulder and had to quit the rifle. But I’m back baby. Fired about 80 test rounds today. That’s all I have to say about that.

I've been going to the range every weekend and putting in some work at 50 yards with the .357 mag and .44 mag.
So the last couple days, I've been loading for those. Got a few hundred ready to go.

Opened the door, turned on the light, stared at the mess on my bench, then turned right around, turned out the light and shut the door.

    Naw, I sorted brass.

Set up a cheap wireless endoscope to help make sure there’s powder in each case before seating the projectile. (I know this case looks terrible inside. It’s just one i use to make powder adjustments.)

Loaded some .45LC TiteWad rice loads between 2 cardboard wads to shoot thru my .45LC derringer then proceeded to laugh my rear off after shooting 10+ wasps. Most fun I've had shooting this gun ever.

Cut open and dumped the powder and buckshot(oxidized) from some old Western paper 12 gauge duds.
Put the shot through the tumbler overnight then sized them to .311” and tumble lubed the now “banded balls.”

Yesterday I cast 1000+ 150 grain bullets for a 9mm. Today I powder coated most of those and then I assembled about 200 pieces of 0.38spl.

Loaded 30pcs 350 Legend (cast of course.) Need to cast more 200 grainers for it.

Realized I do not need to buy anything new until I finish cleaning. Nothing like wanting to buy some stuff and cleaning the gun room to find just what you wanted to buy. So cleaning and with three days of raining coming more cleaning will be as well.

Hand reprimed 450 38/357 brass. Though actually not in the reloading room, I did that at work.

I have a job where I have to be able to immediately respond to something if it goes wrong or breaks. Which is about 3-5% of my time. Since I prime brass with the Lee hand tool I can do that anywhere. I also make a lot of percussion caps here.
    Currently casting and loading: .32 S&W Long, .38 Special, 9X19, .357 Magnum, .40 S&W, .45 ACP, 10mm, 44 Special 44 Magnum. .223, 7.62x39, 7.62 x 54R, .30-06, 45-70, .32, .36, .44. .45. .50. .54. .58 and .60 round ball and various minies. And .375 heel crimped conical for those .36 conversions . KB6MRP on Discord
