    Sugar Smack Meat Logs

    Heard a guy tell of this recipe

    Link Breakfast sausage cut in half (so about 1.5" long)
    1/3 strip of bacon wrapped around the sausage (depending upon size of sausage)
    Skewer with a toothpick

    Stack on ends in baking pan (keep from touching each other)
    Sprinkle with liberal dose of brown sugar over them in the pan
    Let sit for 20-30 minutes (lets sugar get moistened)
    Bake at ~375 for 45 minutes (til bacon is done, but not burnt)

    The wife does this with those Minnie wieners and yes they are awesome, going to have to try breakfast sausage now
