    CO2 Bottles, smelting pot?

I just put 2 CO2 bottles in my truck. I think 50lb size. What would be some god uses? Maybe cut off the bottom for a smelting pot?

If they're aluminum, cut them up into flower pots or something. If they're steel you could make a couple of decent lead pots out of them, though at 8" they might be a little small.

they are old like 96 or 95, i'd think they are steel. They worth anything? I imagine recycling center wouldn't be interested.

They're worth whatever the scrap value is, so you won't get rich. If they're still serviceable I imagine they'd be worth more as CO2 tanks. If they're steel but not serviceable, there probably are quite a few things you could do with them.
Hit the swappin' and Sellin' area, see what you can trade them for.

They are serviceable, but no one will fill them because they are labeled to company A. Company A won't fill them because I won't sign a contract with them because I use a different company. Company A won't accept them or take them back. So, I find a use, or throw them away.

    Pain in the ***.
