    New NOE mold 460-405gc…..lesson learned from lee

    Howdy Fellers…well I just pulled the trigger on a NOE 460-405 GC 4cav plus handles and checks WOOOHOOOOOO
    I recently bought two lee molds…429 240gc sec and 429-200 fp 44-40 and had mixed results. the 240swc is finicky and has been and will be lamented again…the 200fp runs ok but needs lamented too.
    That experience clinched my decision to get a better mold for my 45-70. The 405 gc seems to be a good value…. checked for wild and naked for mild….we will see and I will update when I receive the goods

    I have started my transition away from Lee molds also and just bought my first NOE in 6.5mm 4 cavity.

    WOW….mold and goodies arrived in mail yesterday…..b e a utiful….just finished seasoning it….can't wait to start trying her out. think i'll name her….Rachel!

    Yup NOE makes some nice molds. I just got a brass .460 mold from him.
