I'm sure they probably are. I didn't know they made those from .303 brass. Might be fun to try something like those in a Rossi Lever .410.
Don't even think of using these in a modern .410 shotgun as they are extremely corrosive not to mention hang-fires and cracked cases. If you have an Ishapore .410 musket conversion, go for it as they were made for them. These are Berdan primed and made with "seconds" brass. They were never meant to be reloaded so they were made with brass that would not pass the .303 British inspection. Remember, the .303 British round had the cordite gunpowder loaded onto the cylindrical case before the neck/shoulder was formed. Any case not meeting standards was set aside for loading as a .410 shot shell for crowd control out in the empire. While "similar" to modern .410 shells, they are shorter and smaller in diameter, allowing for considerable blow-back.
I make .410 Brass shotgun shells out of .303 brass.
It works great in single shots.
They are about 2" long, and the rim is just a little thicker than a .410 casing.
But most of my single shots will chamber them.
They wouldn't feed or chamber in my Mossberg pump.
Go with .444 Marlin brass for 410.

All the .410 ammo we had as kids were blown out 303's,very common back in the day and only corrosive if not cleaned. Pat
I have 2 of the enfields that were converted to 410 shotshell back in 30 and 31 , you can fireform cases with cream of wheat and resize the neck with 41 mag dies
FWIW; AFAIK; IMHO; YMMV; yadda, yadda, yadda.
