You mean rabies? Hard to say, I don't know of any Bigfoots/Sasquatches/Yetis/etc. that have been found with rabies!

Regardless if they are real or not if they are a primate they should be able to get rabies as most other warm blooded animals can also.

No. The US government has been running a top secret rabies innoculation program for mythical creatures. Unicorns, jackalobes and Sasquatch were the original double blind trial. The program is code named Jack links.

    You guys crack me up.!

    Castaroo.....All in jest, my friend.

    Now back on topic:
Rabies is not host specific, any mammal can "catch" rabies. Rabies is transmitted by transfer of bodily fluid, especially saliva (and I know exactly where you guys are going with this).
If there is a problem with rabies in the Blue Mountains of N S W then there is that possibility.
    Is the Yowie a scavenger.?
    Especially the circumcised ones.?

Probably. I don't think they've ever acted aggressively towards anyone. I'm sure that would change if you tried to circumcise them.

Finding Sasquatch is kind of like looking for an honest politician...nearly impossible. Frankly, I'd trust Sasquatch more though. Maybe we should start a campaign to get Sasquatch for president. What do you think? Wouldn't they do a better job than what's in the White House now? Bet they'd be tough on terrorists!

This sounds like most of the conversations around the fire at elk camp. It also sounds like a typical lead into
a conversational trap for new guys especially if they are city folk.

I learned way more in this thread than I wanted to! I thought Bigfoot was indigenous to North America but somehow must have been a stowaway to get down under.

The "Hunting Bigfoot" team (Bobo, Moneymaker, Jeff and Ranae) was actually up here in my area on an investigation and were at the Blackwater Falls State Park Lodge. I have a good friend who works there and they asked him what his thoughts were on the subject. He has a quick wit and writes an article for our local paper called, "Mostly true stories."

He replied that he didn't take Bigfoot seriously and didn't think they existed in our area. The Bigfoot team asked him why he thought this way. He replied he had never seen or heard of a recipe on how to prepare or cook bigfoot, and with the hunters we have here, someone would have made a recipe about bigfoot.

    True story.
