After several frustrating casting sessions, I finally got this mold to work the way it should. After much reading and cleaning the mold several times and
then polishing the pins. I finally got a pile of boolits made. I found some 1500 grit sand paper and took the pins and polished the ends to almost mirror
finish and put 2 of the hollow point pins & 2 of the flat pins in the molds and smoked the pins and cavities. This is foreign to me but Al suggested smoking
the mold. I didn't have a whole lot of time but did get a pretty usable pile of boolits. I still need to figure out the pin adjustment thing, some of the solid points have a ring on the end. The hollow points slid off the pins with little effort and that is a good feeling.

Thanks to everyone especially Al @ NOE and Beagle333 for their suggestions to get thing working for me.

I'm not sure those are really worth keeping. You should send them to me for proper disposal.

Looks great! It's a good feeling when you are finally able to get the mold just right and rain bullets. They're like kids, kinda the same but still different with different personalities; likes and dislikes.

Hey Beagle333, In my inherent laziness I put the pins in a cordless drill and spun them at a slow speed with the 1500 grit paper. It worked but I know some will
frown on me for doing so.

As long as you get em slick and about the same size... it's not gonna make any diff in a .45 HP. If it makes em drop easy, and they boolits look good.... win win!!
