Bass Pro has pistol powder!

Picked up my Bullseye this morning. Nice to have some pistol powder on hand I can easily find load data for.
The last 9 months I have been developing data on my own from scratch, with powders not normally thought of as pistol powder.

Got a nice call from a lady at Bass Pro shops explaining why they would have to add a 28$ hasmat fee to my order.

I said yes, no problem was expecting it. Got an email today saying it had shipped, all of it. Grin

Call me a happy camper.

Ordered some unique shipped to the store this am. lady said it was in stock so we will see. Odd that when it sells out within minutes elsewhere bass pro has had it in stock now fir several days

I think both Bass Pro shop and Cabella's got in some rather hefty shipments.

On the plus side my 3 pounds of Red Dot and my primers that I ordered arrived today.

Nice and fast IMO.

Dang, a few years ago I would have taken you up on that. I used to run Donner all of the time. Chaining up in the winter sucked big time and I finally got to the point where if I saw the chain lights go up I turned around and went back to the casino.

Oddly enough several years ago I climbed Kilimanjaro with Ron, the Reno City Manager. Nice guy. Slept in a tent with his daughter in law. She did Burning Man every year.

Bass Pro order came in today and I now have Bullseye and Red Dot. I think I have enough to last about a year. I am thinking of stocking up in case some idiot causes another panic; but hate to promote hoarding. I want some Green Dot and some 231/38 and some Tight Group and and and..... but wants, VS needs?????????

Boys, looks like we have wiped them out. Only slow stuff left. I noticed Red Dot at Cabelas online, but 30 dollars per # with limit of 5# and hazmat! Yikes!
