Still makes me laugh.

The link you poster makes me laugh as well. I've done some very stupid things in my past as well, some that I would want published. After reading that I think I'll leave the lube making to others and just keep on buying mine from LsStuff.com. Thanks for posting the link.

oh it happened.
open flames and jpw do not play well together.
I don't think i put enough on. i still got a little bit of leadding
coat size coat.
all you need is a varnish.
if you have leading it is from something else not the lube.
I add 20% beeswax to my 45/45 lube and also up the mineral spirit content to help the lube flow better.
adding the lube to hot boolits helps the coverage be more even and a little thinner.
the wax addition gives the lube a little more body.
you have to watch putting it on thick as the wax addition will get into your seating dies quicker.
I had it happen once... turned out my Roses hot plate was more than a little off in the temperatures it should have been putting out.
Smoked up the garage and melted a few MTM case boxes. Not fun. I'll just buy it from WLL from here on out, a little goes a very long way anyhow.
