I'm a newbie who's looking to get into this hobby. So, I was wondering... is there anyone in the South Florida(Miami, Broward or West Palm) area who's planning to cast this week end & would not mind to school a newbie?
I was Thinking...before i invest in all these equipments, to see if i can experience an operation in person & get some advice first.

I'm in the opposite corner of the nation but I just want to say props to you for asking for a mentor! While I've learned a lot on my own just from reading here, the mentoring I have got in person is so valuable. I hope someone can help.

I started reloading/casting while growing up in Hialeah, too bad I moved in '65 or I'ed help you out. There has to be someone on this forum from that area to help him out.....
