Hard to say when production will begin. Maybe Mihec fixes the closing time for when he orders material, or maybe not until production has already begun, or maybe around some other timeframe. That's really up to him and none of our concern.
If what you are really curious about is when deliveries can be expected, anywhere from 2 weeks to 10 months after the buy closes, with 4-8 weeks the most common. You can get an idea of the flow of typical buys, as well as get a feeling for the large degree of uncertainty, by looking at the traced history of recent past and current buys.
