Anyone heard from this gentleman? Sent him an email concerning the swage dies he was making, took advanced payments for and has yet to deliver.

Have not heard anything back nor has he had much of a presence here since early this year.

His screen name was XD4584, I was on the list, it's been written off at this point. I believe he took on more than he could deliver at the price he charged.

We took a chance on a member trying to make swage dies. Kinda knew it was a long shot when we did it.

If that was his CB name--XD4584--; Maybe I missed it, but I checked to find where he offered to make people dies and couldn't find anything. His last post was 9-28-13, and the last post in swaging was 7-25-13. It showed his last activity was 4-16-14. I also couldn't find any posts of him actually swaging a bullet, let alone making dies. What the heck? You sent him money up front?

I noticed that most of his threads were gone, including another discussion thread regarding this topic. He was running it like a crowd funding thing and after decent communication and understandable delays, just disappeared.

Just went back through PMs and his last was from 9/4/14 with an update about not quite getting the finish he wanted but good progress on his 6mm dies. Not that kid above, he made lots of references to being a stay at home dad and his daughter.
