    Marlin 995 Miss feeding

    Good afternoon all,

New to the forum and hoping someone has some suggestions to point me in the right direction.

    I have a Marlin 995 22.LR, semiauto rifle,

I have had the gun for many years, but just started shooting it again.

Could not find the mag's so I got some from Numeric and Midway, all metal, no plastic.

The gun seems to miss feed about 20-25% of the time now, I am sure it has to do with the mags in some manner or even the ammo.

But 10 round mags loaded with 5 rounds atleast one goes stove pipe, have cleaned the gun repeatedly and well I am stumped now.

Changed to different ammo types even used CCI Minimags.

It's running past the ramp and not chambering.

Looking for suggestions, local G.S. said not worth the time for them to look at it, so left on my own.

    Looking for suggestions and direction

    Thank you for your time

My local Scheels has seven and ten shot magazines. Are yours marketed and branded as Marlins?

Yes, I was real specific to make sure listing was marlin for 995, numeric 7 rnd was factory made, but I am thinking next gen model, not 995 specific looking for tweaking suggestions
