Paid via paypal just now for everything here and a hunter. are they here yet?
Lights are done but chargers are out of spec. The current batch does not cutoff at correct voltage so presents an unacceptable safety risk. I've rejected this lot and am getting another batch shipped in. I hope to have them end of this week.

Less scrupulous folks wouldn't have cared about that- Thanks, I appreciate it! Ron

2nd batch of chargers is here and I am testing now. So far they are in spec. I am going to try and finish testing tonight and send lights out tomorrow afternoon. Start watching the mailbox gang, they should be headed your way soon.

Excellent. I'd much rather the extra week than an unsafe product. Thanks.
Just got back from the PO - all orders are shipped. Start watching mailboxes as things should be showing up shortly.

batteries go in the charger with the positive pole (Nipple) toward the End the cord comes out of with the LED. The charger will display red, orange, yellow, green as the charging progresses. How long it takes to charge will depend on depth of discharge but could be as quick as 20-30 minutes or as long as 4-6 hours for a fully discharged cell. Once the light on the charger is green the cell is fully charged and can be removed.
To change emitters, unscrew the head and loosen the tailcap. Once the head is unscrewed and removed you can see the brass pill - unscrew it and replace with color of your choice. You may not need to tighten it down all the way. Generally it is a good idea to tighten the tailcap all the way down and click the switch to on. Tighten the emitter until it comes on and then screw the head back on. Since battery lengths differ it can sometimes crush the rear switch if you overtighten the emitter and will prevent the light from working correctly. You can trim the switch to prevent this but then if you use a shorter cell it may not work.
