She'll be fine, and you are right - she's tough if she didn't want any pain pills.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery, but at that age - they are awash with growth
hormones and these things heal at speeds that us oldsters can just dream about.

She did remind me to tell you about the wonderful healing powers of a "HEROS BANDAGE".
Take a large RED bandana and roll it into a long strip.
Place the "HEROS BANDAGE" over the owie and the pain vanishes instantly.
I lost more bandanas to that cause than I can remember but all were worth the loss just seeing a little one go from tears to a BIG

Mine are way at boarding school and Ive had 2 of those calls this year while I have been away with work.
First was 16 year old son spreading his nose across his face while trying out for the 1st grade league team. CT scans, specialists and one operation later he was back together.
Got another a few weeks ago, 13 year old daughter was playing rugby with the boys at school, hurt her ankle, walked around on it for a day before x rays, ct and a specialist visit saw her in hospital having pins and screws inserted.
Raising girls.....not for the faint hearted.
Hope she is well soon.

We went thru 7 broken bones (arms & legs) with our youngest until he got either old enough and/or wise enough to not do that "stuff" any more!
