Threw some jacketed bullets and an uncoated boolit for comparison. Used smoke’s translucent copper

Those look great. I'm using Old West Mold's 38 Super Police 200 grain. Of course that's traditional with minimal meplat. Those are far more lethal ...

My buddy down in No. Carolina sent up a chock full flat rate box of boolets for me to PC for him!!

Last night, I did two flavors. Both my own mixes with a favored color, some white and some met Silver.

This first is blue, white and silver. Does anyone recognize the bullet? Its a 35 cal but i have yet to weigh it.

This second is a heavy 44. Im thinking a LEE mold but not sure. Color is purple white and silver.

These colors coat beautifuly with nearly zero hickoes!

My wife is an artist, I tried to explain that reloading is both art and science - she didn't get the art part. I think this should explain it!! Prismatic Illusion Blue. I love it!Click image for larger version.

1TBSP Bright yellow, 1/2 tsp blue, 1 pinch semi-gloss black

The yellow didn't cover worth a darn by itself but mixed did a great job.

    Coated some lee 401-175-TC tonight.

Smoke's Traffic Purple and Traffic Orange on the left. Neon Orange and Neon Green from The Powder Coat Store on the right.

The remind me of skittles when they are all mixed up. This powder coating thing is a bit addictive....

Smoke's Traffic Purple and Signal Blue are two that I have found to coat the best with the dry tumble method. I haven't found an orange yet that coats as well as those two colors. Anyone have any recommendations on powders to try or tweaks to tumbling (longer/shorter time, less/more/no bbs, etc) orange to get better coverage?
