    Not a bullet but PC
    http://
    PTR 91 before
    http://
After stripping down and coating avoided getting PC on things that would fight the working parts of the rifle all worked great
    http://
A better look on why i PC this rifle she was kind of ruff in some areas
    http://
After sand blasting then removing any oils and breaking it down some more she got sprayed and baked.
Just a for warning to all make sure what your going to bake fits the oven this just did make it with alot of effort.
Reloading to save money I am sure the saving is going to start soon

These are my 200gr PB FP RCBS bullets as loaded into the 358 MGP used the the AR. The 16 inch barrel puts them out at 2,400 fps with no leading or gas system problems. They are hard cast, water dropped, dried, shaken, placed nose down in hardware cloth racks, then toaster oven cooked, run through a .358 push sizer with case lube and shot. The load is 35 gr of 1680 with an adjustable gas block using sized and fireformed Federal 6.8 SPC brass. Groups to .5 inches at 100. This is an excellent truck gun, will take a 68 Chev right off the driveway.

Melting some lead and cooking up a bowl of .45 cal. peanuts.
Over 17 lbs of .45 cal. candy coated peanuts... Done! Next up... chocolate coating.
Now for some chocolate covered .38 cal. goobers. First a generous dusting of polymer coco powder.
Then into the preheated 425° oven for 15 minutes.
"Ding!" Out they come with their shiny glazed coats... yum-yummm!

    Spray and bake tray 1.
    Load and spray tray 2.
Bake tray 2 while reloading and spraying tray 1.
    Repeat a few times.

After reading through hours of comments about PC ing using blackBB's and a #5 Cool whip container, I have decided to try it.
The picture here is from my current (art-form) method, using acetone/pc/slurry and a hdw. cloth tray. The wet pills are poured into the tray and baked @ 400 for 20 min.
Next I will try the shake and bake method but I refuse to spend the time, patience, and effort to stand each bullet on a flat sheet for baking. Click image for larger version.

    New and used...

Hit a steel target at 100 yards from the CZ Scorpion, retained weight was almost evenly 20 grains from several recovered slugs. Note the powder coat stayed on.
