My wife is a rabid Seahawk Football fan so I made some 9mm Seahawk bullets for her pistol.

The red 44's were shot with trailboss through wood pallets and
The blue ones were from my 450 bushmaster with hot loads that hit rocks buried in the dirt at my shooting range and still held up.

I cast & coated some 200 gr 45 SWC tonight. I was trying a few different techniques to remove excess powder. I need to find a happy medium as I thought my first ones yesterday were too goopy & thick and these seem a little thin & blotchy.

DT, HF is a cheap low-quality powder, hard to get good result DTing. black airsoft BB's might help, I've put boolits and HF red in a vibrating polisher for 15 min and got OK results

What powder are you using? It looks like you beat up the boolits getting to powder off. BB's might help you get a thinner more even coat.

These are completely covered with 50/50 smokes black and clear. I think they would look good in my BO cartridges

Coated some today with Smoke's John Deere Green. I'm pretty happy with this batch; not too thick and goopy, but still have good coverage. I'll size them tomorrow.

Coated up a bunch on my NOE 124 gr. TC bullet using Smoke Yellow/Green as well as some Lee 200 gr. 45 ACP bullets also coated some of the 45's with Smokes Traffic Orange. Color is a little off due to lighting.

Also coated up some NOE 452 TL 220 gr. HP bullets using some OD Green I got for free locally with a pinch of HF white mixed in to dull the gloss a bit. They turned out well and shoot great out of my Hi Point Carbine.
