Anyone used AA Lite (for boolits)

At a recent gun show, I managed to pick up a pound of Winchester AA Lite for a decent price. I figured at least I could use it for cat sneeze loads in my .30's and light loads for my Bator .223. When I got home, I looked it up, and AA Lite is extremely fast. VV N310 fast. I have heard of some having good luck using it in .45 ACP, but nothing else.

I'm wondering if I could get away with using it in 9mm with cast 12ogn or 115 j-words and light loads (105 - 140 gn) .38 Special. I am thinking starting with 2.0gn in 9mm and 2.5gn in .38. I wouldn't even think of trying it in my .44 Mag or .357 Max.

Might I use it for light loads with 150gn or so castr in .30-30 or .308?

I'm curious as well. I was thinking of using it for 9mm, .45 ACP, and a touch of .38 Special.

Next time I'm at the Southern Command Center, I'll do a test batch of .38s to run trough my GP100. I've got some 125 grain RNFP, 105 grain SWC and I think some 125-130 grain jacketed TCs.

If anybody else has some input here, it would be greatly appreciated.

I was looking at burn rate charts and saw this is second on the list behind Norma's R1. I know the charts just say who's fast and slow but not how much faster or slower.

For attempting to use AA lite in 9mm, would it be prudent to use load data for R1 and back the charge weight off 15% or so?

My copy of Quick load doesn't have this powder listed.
