I have a Frankford Arsenal kinetic bullet puller and all 3 little rubber bands that hold the fixtures together have broken in the last week. Does anyone sell these things or do I need to just carry one to Ace Hardware and hope they have some close?

You can use regular rubber bands and twist them over. They are designed to hold the case securely with the band's is all. I have done that on one and the only prob was getting it so tight that I couldn't get the case in. Otherwise no prob. Office depot or even wally world should have smaller bands. Might have to double up on smaller to keep from breaking.
Just use a shell holder. I only use the fiddly things if I don't have a matching shell holder.
I give loading advice based on my actual results in factory rifles with standard chambers, twist rates and basic accurizing.
My goals for using cast boolits are lots of good, cheap, and reasonably accurate shooting, while avoiding overly tedious loading processes.

The solid soft lead bullet is undoubtably the best and most satisfactory expanding bullet that has ever been designed. It invariably mushrooms perfectly, and never breaks up. With the metal base that is essential for velocities of 2000 f.s. and upwards to protect the naked base, these metal-based soft lead bullets are splendid.

A shell holder? Now why didn't I think of that?
1+ on the shell holder. I lost one of the little aluminum pieces for 2 weeks and finally brought a new one and I had the solution in the bench all along.
Cautionary note:
There have been some reports of cartridges FIRING in inertial pullers when using shellholders for the task.
For the life of me, I can't see how this would happen, and I have used the shellholder method myself.
I reckon that "high" primers might be a possible cause, but anyway, USE SAFETY GLASSES (which is a good policy at any time when handloading).

Except for the smallest of cases the shell holder can not hit the primer, but for those that wonder use 'O' rings to center the case inside the hammer.
High primers, I would suggest reloader pulling bullets from cases with high primers to use caution for another reason.

they make a new style that has the rubber crimped on each piece and is open on the one side. I have not had the rubber break so far.You can back off the cap a little and the case is easy to pull out, with out removing completely. Much faster
Small rubber bands (imitation) can be found at the orthodontist office. My Granddaughter keeps them in purse for a retainer or brace.
I also use the shell holders.
Lee shellholders for the Autoprime work well also
