    I lost Rita

    I lost Rita.

    Rita was my birth mother.

    I searched for her for close to 20 years. 5 years ago I found her and made contact.
    We became friends and for the first time in my life I experienced motherly love. In those 5 years we became real close just like a mother and son should be!

    Sadly in April 2014, 2 days before my Birthday she was taken away by Parkinson's disease.

    I am so grateful I found her and had those 5 years with her. It was the greatest thing looking into her eyes and seeing me. I had found myself and my mother!

    I miss her soo badly! I wish the Lord would have gave us more time, but I am blessed with the time he gave us and thankful!

    Sorry to hear that. Losing a loved one is always hard, but the Lord gives us strength to go on, and the hope that we will see them again.
