His customer service is awesome just like his molds! Also he is a shipping ninja.

If ya'll get NOE's newsletter our own Ben Hays wrote an excellent article on the 311331 mould and his success with it in 1/10 twist 30-06's....and I had just convinced myself that my -06's were dedicated j-word rifles. Nice going, Ben. For a week or two there I didn't have any new projects on the horizon. I'll tell Al he owes you a cup of coffee.

I have 3 NOE molds. All are top notch. Two companies I will blindly buy products from for their customer service are Dillon, and NOE.

NOE communication on an order (and the follow up shipping) is top notch. Extremely fast shipping and great communication. I got the mold faster than expected... Now I just need time to sit down and use it.

Anyone buy moulds in Oz needs to know that for what many gunshops are charging for Lyman, and even lee, I got my NOE RG4 mould, casting hollowpoints or solids. It is the 44 cal. 265 RanchDog design with normal lube grooves. Further to this, when I bought this mould I was a bit worried because I had read that hollowpoints could be more challenging to cast. My first casting session with the mould kicked out about 600 beutiful boolits.

What I like, other than really good moulds, is when I call his number, I'm talking to Al not some flunky. There was a minor screw up with my second mould as my address had changed and the P.O. didn't forward. No problem, Al resent it on his dime. Second time he sent two moulds instead of the one I ordered but only charged for one. I sent it back on my dime so I figure were even. Al's a great guy making great moulds with great customer service. What's not to like?

Yes to all of that & more.

I've been cancelling all my MIHEC mold orders whenever he has a comparable mold ready. REALLY like everything about his operation.

I added a new one friday and got to meet Swede as well. Nice guy. Mold casts great too. I can see that he is the first place I look when I want a new one or know someone else who does.

I don’t know, I’m part Norwegian, the Swedes sat on the other side of the church when I was young. Never mind I’ve visited Sweden a while back...😜

Oh well, I ordered a mold anyhow (379449).

This is the first year I didn't buy anything during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales or the $1k Club sale. It appears I've bought a lot of molds and tooling off of them and no longer need anything. This saddens me a good bit.

That's easy to fix, just buy a new gun in a caliber that you don't already have a mold for. There must be 30 or so calibers and you surely don't have one of everything do you?
