i work at at&t and those are no climb tags for telephone poles. so if you find one hollow or rotten below ground line some guy doesnt try to climb it to do some work.
Sooooo, how evil would it be if went around the neighborhood putting these tags on all the telephone poles?
It would get some people out of climbing a pole that day!
