This buy is for a solid boolit only. The 50%+ meplate and casting with a relatively soft alloy should increase terminal performance over currently available designs, such as the RCBS. Availability of hollow pointing is a question you will have to ask 338RUM directly.

Will a 1 in 10 twist barrel stablized this boolit. It is a 6mm/223.

I must qualify the answer below with the proclamation that I am no ballistician. My opinion and $6 will get you a fru-fru coffee at Starbuck's.
I ran this design through several of the online calculators provided by respected bullet manufacturers and the results indicate that if you can stuff enough powder into that .223 case to get this boolit moving at 1200+ FPS, you should be fine.
Effective range is a whole 'nuther question.
