Need a 1911 rear sight install

I know there are quite a few talented and reputable gunsmiths here on the forum. I need one to install an adjustable rear sight on my Norinco 1911...I have an older MMC Novak cut rear sight I am contemplating on adding to me gun.

I currently installed another fixed sight on my slide and had to open the dovetail some to do so. My gun has always shot 4" high with 230gr TC. Now with my new MiHec HP 200 gr mold, it shoots even higher but is a dream to shoot. Time for an adjustable.

That usually requires the slide to be milled down to the bottom of the old dovetail and a new dovetail cut. Makes the rear sight more streamline so it won't hang on holster. Do you have the Novak front sight to go with it. The three dots show up in low light. I installed a slightly different one last week for another shop.
