Any interest in a 460 version of the 358009
Have tooling in hand and can turn them out in a day or two if there is any interest

I'd kind of like to have a single cavity version to try in my .458 muzzle loader. Maybe a PB.
Mebbe a 1 cav with a big ol' HP pin in it.

Maybe, but its a little close to 500 & have 500s. Closer to 450 would really work for me.
i would send the money now for a 513 diameter version plain based. 2 cavity
I don't know why not. I was looking at the NOE website today for a 450-500 grain mold. I was surprised to see the largest was a 405.

This country has gone to hell but now there is hope for us.
So it looks like maybe we should offer this one in a single cavity HP
and maybe a RG2 cavity.
And see if it would work as a .512 dia. or .513 dia.?

Single cavity HP or the RG 2 sounds great.
I could be very happy with a single cavity, PLAIN BASE, with a HP pin- 450-ish weight sounds nice, as well- Let's keep the diameter in the .459-.460" range for those 45/70s out there, like mine!
Many thanks!

RG2 .460 for me! This will just make the 458 AccRel fun to shoot. Clint
Swede, where are we at on this? Not enough interest yet?
Bump
what does RG stand for? I'd love a plain based round nosed bullet near 500 grainer at .460+ for my trapdoors. Been checking the NOE website for just this sort of thing for some time.
RG means it is a HP mold. There is a slotted piece of steel on the bottom of the mold (the Removable Guide) that holds the pin and it can slide back and forth to tip away from the block to dump the HP when you open the mold.
