I needed a 0.302" push through sizer for paper patching 30cal. I ordered a .285 sizer and ran a "M" sized drill bit witch got me to .295". This left a step instead of the taper that Lee uses. I finished the last 0.007" with a strip of sand paper in a cleaning jag chucked in the drill press. Run the sizer into the spinning jag until it got easy. I would load the sand paper up with 320 grit grinding compound each time. Each pass of the sizer in the spinning jag would remove about 0.0015". The finished sizer produces a perfectly round, 0.3020" boolit. The sandpaper method left a very nice taper leading up to the sizing ring. Very easy to do with a drill press. Use lots of cutting oil with the drill bit, that is some very hard metal.
