We had 4 72" Sawblades go missing between Bendigo and Melbourne. The pallet is huge and heavy, but it still got lost. Never to be seen again.

Grem I don't think you have to worry about looking bad in the eyes of your "friends and customers". You are a Stand Up Guy and I don't think there is a problem with your integrity and I think everybody on this thread will agree with that. I for one have an order in the near future. The only thing stopping me from ordering it right now is I am working out of town and already having issues on order being delivered and not being there to sign for them.
