Update.
Still fighting with the p.o. and issuing refunds out of pocket. It's been a little tough lately to send out many, both my trucks had to go into the shop lol.
Sorry I haven't updated for a while, the hard drive in my laptop committed suicide, I'm still recovering data.

............I know you didn't lose the mail, and you're involved with a fight with the post office over recovery. The fact that you're paying reimbursement out of your pocket shows you're a genuine responsible person, and they're few and far between these days.
Would it be possible for you to list the zips of those still waiting? It would probably be VERY helpfull.

But I'm not in a real big hurry. "Stuff" happens, even to the best of us and I know we'll be taken care of by our Honcho.
BUT, I'd like to get the design built - probably by NOE. We've talked about it and he has a 140 gr design for those interested.

Sorry for the delay since the last update, things have been rough around here the last couple weeks.
Paying these refunds out of pocket has been a strain on me, since I am self employed and work is not gaurenteed, so I spoke with an attorney about this matter. He is going to write a letter for me, and send it to the postmaster demanding immediate action. I had to pay him an hours work for that, but I felt it was worth it to try to get something resolved here, as I am left looking bad here due the post offices screw up. The assistant to the attorney said the letter should go out friday or monday.
I haven't sent out any refunds for a couple weeks, partly due to paying this attorney. I am sending out 1 or 2 on weds.
Please do list your zip code if I have not contacted you via PM, I want to make sure my records are accurate too. I especially appreciate those who have PMed me telling me that they were in no hurry, it has helped tremendously.
I will update again as soon as I get a response from the attorney letter.

Moved thread to the "closed" area and re-titled to reflect status,, should be much easier to track.
Boolits= as God laid it into the soil,,grand old Galena,the Silver Stream graciously hand poured into molds for our consumption.
Bullets= Machine made utilizing Full Length Gas Checks as to provide projectiles for the masses.

I just finished a job today, I will bill the contractor tomorrow and as soon as I'm paid I'll send another refund, probably two.
I also recieved a voicemail today while I was working from the attorneys secretary. They need me to stop by their office tomorrow for something. She didn't say what. So, maybe I'll have some good news tomorrow. I'll keep everyone posted.
