You know I would be intrested to know the "actual true story" about what went down with this whole fiasco .

I already have my own belief's about what may or may not have happened but I would truely like to know if the whole thing was a hoax from the start or if he took in the long green and then got in a bind .

just read the whole thing , and one word comes to my mind THIEF!!!.
just my opinion after reading the mans excuses,and excuses,excuses,,
his modem ,,,,had flu,,,, hospital stay,,,,,heavy snow,,,, blah,,,blah ...blah,,,,satalite,,,, dish ect,ect,,.
its has scam all over it.
if it can be proven that he is a scammer then he needs four walls and a cot ..

I do see he is banned. I do not recall the particular circumstances, and whether it had anything to do with this particular deal. I would say your money is in the wind.
It's a darn shame he robbed people here. Use due diligence before doing business with people you don't know. That is one reason we limit access for a period of posts and time in the selling area, but it doesn't weed out all of the bad ones.
