I have an automated lathe that can turn out lyman style punches by the thousands, and would like to put it to good use.

I can offer 3 different punch diameters:

.250 for calibers up to ~7mm
.300 for calibers up to ~.338
.400 for calibers up to ~.458

There will be the option for flat punches with a centering demple to make your own hollow punch

OR

A hollow punch (or blank) that can be filled with epoxy to make a custom nose punch

The punches will be made from 7075-T6 aluminum

There is no minimum amount to make this happen we can sell 1 punch or 1,000

Prices:

7.00 each for 4 or less
5.50 each for 5 plus
0.50 each for the hollow option if I cut them

Shipping is a flat 3.00

I'm not real clear, are these flat to start with, then can be bores with a concave as an option? To be custom fitted by the customer?

Yes, that is it. A flat will work with almost anything but they can also be bored out and the customer fill with resin, epoxy to make a custom nose punch

Do you have one I could sample? We conversed earlier about the SAECO sizers, I couldnt even draw one if I wanted.

I just bought my SAECO and have not yet received it. So far I have squat for dies and punches. Perhaps someone here would be willing to provide a loaner. If not I'll buy one and ship it to you.

Because of how I cut the cavities I use a sub caliber cherry it would take me setting up the CNC machine to run every punch individually instead of being able to use the Auto lathe, BUT I can offer one of these blank punches to form to the nose.

What say you sir?

this is what I say, I'll take 8 of them.

.250 ...two hollow and one flat

.300 ...two hollow and one flat

.400 ...two hollow

OK to ship with the 2 cav. Fat 30 cal loverin mold ???
