AA 5744 / Cast and Jacketed

I have been shooting Unique behind 250g cast in my Henry rifle. Have also been shooting AA 5744 with 405g bullets in my 45-70. In my Lyman no. 49 manual, 45 Colt rifle data, I see XMP (AA) 5744 listed under 250g Jacketed bullets but not in the 250g cast section. Page 306. The starting load for Jacketed is 16.0g 5744, 927 fps. Other than high end loads why can't I shoot Jacketed loads with my Cast? Bullets are a 9/6/2 , 16 Bn alloy.
    Appreciate any info. Thanks.

Accurate Arms does publish data for 5744 in both standard pressure (14K) and ruger-only (30k) form, for .45 colt. It's on page 19:
