That looks like an excellent tool for practicing self control....repeatedly. Very nice.

Very nice! Sometimes a fellow just has to do what he knows he'll regret later if he doesn't do it . . . .

There is no cure for the addiction . . . so just feed it once in a while and enjoy it!

A lot of us would have done the same as you! Let us know how it shoots - looks like fun!

What? I don't see anything wrong with what you did. Being friendly with the gun store staff is quite alright IMHO. Buying something while you're there visiting with them just shows how much you care about their well being. You should be proud of yourself for doing the right thing. GOOD JOB!

Don't you guys know that you can't quit cold turkey. You are supposed to taper off, lest you go into seizures and start foaming at the mouth. Any gun owning head shrink will tell you that.

THIS gun owning head shrink agrees. You are better off not taking the chance.

Yep last one, don't "need" anything else. Did find out the 45ACP loads I have for my 625 and Sig Nightmare are too long and won't chamber. Guess I have something to do tomorrow.

I don't have any self control, either, but I don't have any money, so the two kinda cancel each other out.

Come on, let's give the poor guy a short break while he recovers from his latest lapse from grace.

I sympathize, because just TWO DAYS AGO I discovered that I "NEED" a gun that I didn't even know existed!

Yep.... it's a Cimmaron copy of a cartridge-converted Colt percussion revolver. .38 Special caliber, beautiful finish (blue and case colors) , nice wood, SWEET balance...well, y'all know the virtues of a '51 Colt Navy. Now add the .38 Special to those attributes, and we have a VERY NICE package indeed.

The price is disgustingly reasonable (he must have seen me coming), and if I hadn't been buying ANOTHER pistola at the time I would have been an easy mark. Maybe next week...DANG, but the temptation was fierce.

    Good find!

There have been a lot more guns I have regretted NOT buying than I have regretted buying.
