I just realized I didn't put down a size for my mold only that I wanted a plain base mold. .311 please.

Quick question. What is the diameter of the powder coat option? I'm pretty sure I want to go with that.

I find your list sizes as odd. Missouri bullets do a .309 diameter (w/o powder coat) which is much smaller than your non-PC cast sizes. I'm a new to this game though.

Could a .311 be used either way, conventional lube or PC?

If wishing to PC, run thru a .309 sizer first, then PC and resize?

I would like the flexibility of both options but I would really rather not buy two moulds.

I have a couple 311 molds. I run them thru a .309 sizer after PC, works great. I cast, tumble coat the bullets, cure, then size.

The PC option is .002 smaller all around than the pictured molds, I do mean everything.

If you want a regular lube mold then get the .311

Just to be clear the PC option is designed to cast then immediately powder coat and bake correct? In otherwords no further processing is needed with a plain base PC design boolit.

So long as the PC is applied evenly and correctly all the PC version needs is a coat before shooting.

    This is the theory anyway

Keep in mind, you can only size down the driving bands, not the bore riding nose...
