Finally! Got my Star!

I finally got my San Diego Star in an equipment trade with a fellow member. Now to Lathesmith for dies and punches but undecided on lube. Maybe Voodoo lube or LsStuff BAC, I just don't know yet. I will add a heater too. I will use this one for smokeless powders and use the Lyman for Blackpowder lubes. I did get a roller handle kit with the trade!

I'm looking for vendor ideas for lube heater or I may use a Rock Dock with lube heater shelf. Vendor for Star accesories period. I would like to gussy up the old girl! It has an aluminum base.

Still undecided on lube for smokeless rifle and pistol. Like I said maybe Voodoo lube or BAC as I have removed all the old lube last night.

I've waited a long time to get my Star. I'm excited and look for several more years passing magnum pistol bullets up to 50 cal through her and rifle stuff.

If you will have a heater, I would vote for LsStuff Carnauba Red. You won't regret it.

TAC1 bullet lube is a really good low smoke lube.

I have a locknut with a set screw on each punch that is set up for a particular boolit. I also had to shorten the punch Chris made for the .512 die, as the boolit is kinda long.
