Oh here I got a new mold the other day. A 75gr 223 mold.
Here is the 1st from that mold.

Some one said my 223 Powder coats look like lip sticks.
    I said they are.....
    They are Taliban Lip Sticks.
All they have to do is poke their head up and I would be happy to provide free samples.

What powder did you use on the silver/greyish ones? As fun as all the bright colors are it'd be nice to have some that still look like cast LOL did you spray it on or tumble it?

Those are actually a Chrome coat and a second coat of (I think it was called Candy Blue) both from Allpowderpaints. I put the chrome down first simply so I wouldn't have to put a full coat of the blue on. It turned out ok. I was just trying all kinds of combos for a week or two. -Brad

Here's a throwback to the "old days!" ..... back in October when I was Piglet coating.

    I still like the look.

    KE4GWE - - - - - - Colt 1860, it just feels right.

Gotcha. They look good and seem to shoot pretty well! Did you spray the powder or tumble it on?

My first effort yesterday, nothing spectacular, plain old HF matte black, but a milestone for me, getting all the stuff together and actually completing the project (other than loading and shooting). I can see how it could get addictive. Thought I should keep the thread going, anyway.

OK, first try at 300BO. 168 Amax (no not PC - moly) & 31-165C PC'd. somebody asked if HF white tumbled very well, I'd say no. Good looking ones are HF red.

Here are some I did the other night, same sherwin williams powder as my .401s but these are from my new 6 cavity lee .356 125g mold. This is 1 coat, will need a second, good bit of lead showing on alot of them.

By the looks of it I would say it is a Mihec 359-125 9mm boolit. Have that one myself and it is a dandy.

I just cast a few of those myself for the first time two days ago, looking forward to trying them out!
