I scored an 8# jug of 20/28 on a big order my club placed with CAC. Cost $118. Also bought a pound of Lil' Gun at LGS for $26.95, mostly to load my .410 skeet loads so that my stash of 2400 will go farther till I (hopefully) find some more. 2400 is the only powder I am truly getting desperate over.

Bought a 8lb jug of W748 at the gun show today $190 including tax. Decent deal $23.75/lb.

    Hi...

I went to a gun show and on a LGS tour yesterday with my son.

Saw a lot of powder...Unique, Red Dot, 2400, 700x, Power Pistol, Bullseye, BE86 and others. some in 1lb only but some places had them in 4 and 8lb containers.

I didn't buy any but hopefully will get some next weekend. Vet bill took priority this week.

Picked up an 8lb jug of Titegroup at lgs for $180 out the door. Not a steal, but hadn't seen one of those on shelf in a few yrs. They had the most powder on shelf I have seen in quiet some time. Hopefully it is on the upswing (lol).

H110. Brought home and pulled the nearly-empty H110 can off the shelf to replace it. The can felt heavier than I expected. Turns out it was nearly full. Oh well. Extra can now.

Took a roadtrip to Amarillo TX and went to Orr's gun reloading and supply. It was the largest selection of powder and primers I had seen in Years. I bought 3 pounds of WST, 1000 Winchester shotgun primers and 25lbs of shot. There was a case of true blue and acc#5 on the counter it was hard to say no to those two selections, but I needed shotgun powder.

LGS had one LB of BLC-(2) that came home with me, There was also a lb of longshot that found it's way as well. Compared to the US pricing I don't think we are doing all that bad. $34.99 per LB CAD and your $ is worth a 20% premium right now too. Lots of 4 and 8 lb jugs in the back @ $239-249.00 CAD, Still no real sign of Alliant or Ramshot / western powders yet.

    alliant/accurate my two favorite brands.
I could easily live without hodgdon, imr, Winchester, etc.

I picked up some older 2400 from a guy getting out of shooting.
I also nabbed his stevens 325 30-30, and a ruger tang safety in 250 Ackley improved from him.

[125.00] that's the normal 8lb jug pistol powder price.
I looked at an 8lb jug err 5 lb jug of that trail boss stuff today for that price.
    700/800-x is 69.00 per 4 lb jug.
tite-group was on the shelf in 1 lb containers but I didn't look at the price, bulls-eye was 22.00 per pound.

I bought a jug of imr 4895 and looked at a couple of jugs of W-748 and H-380/322/335 for a minute.
I almost bought a jug of H-4831 but decided I needed a scope worse, which pretty much blew my budget for the month of July.[and august too]
the rifle powders are 179.00 to 189.00 per jug, 2 years ago they were 149.00.

Well, I've been contemplating a 4pounder of W296 at Powder Valley for the past few days. Finally pulled the trigger for that and 5k of primers. Good price will replace my H110
