2 bottles of 700X at Cabellas today for $18.89 each. They are only 14 oz, but that works out to $21.58/lb, which is better than I've found for any powder for years. Now to figure out what I'm going to use it for.

Last bottle of Blackhorn209 on clearance at WM for $19. Began watching it closely when the mark downs started. Was $30 last couple weeks with 4 bottles on the shelf. Kind of surprised me it dropped over 35% on the second markdown. I didn't even need self control I wouldn't have had since only one bottle remained

there was a going out of bus sale on all powders 60% off couldn't help myself. I think I might need professional help. I didn't stop till I cleared the shelf. I'm ashamed how I respond to sales on reloading stuff

One pound of Reloader 15. Then checked my stash and found there was already about 5.25 pounds of Reloader 15 in there. Should be enough to reload about 1800 77 and 80 gr match loads for the AR, now I need to buy another 1000x 77 gr Custom comps from Shooter's Pro Shop to use it up.

1 pound each of 2400 & Red Dot. 2400 is still as rare as hens teeth around my parts.

Ashamed because you didn't get there earlier when they had more, or because there was a shelf you missed? Surely you don't mean ashamed of snagging all those "dot" powders and that bullsey? That would be silly.
Scrap.... because all the really pithy and emphatic four letter words were taken and we had to describe this source of casting material somehow so we added an "S" to what non casters and wives call what we collect.

Kind of hard to claim to love America while one is hating half the Americans that disagree with you. One nation indivisible requires work.

Pick up two pounds of the elusive H4350. Would like to find it in 4lbs containers, but will take what I can find. Anyone have an idea when Solo 1000 might be available again? Called Accurate and they said it was still delayed. That was 9 months ago!

Added a pound of Vectan GM3 with an order of musket caps from Graf's. I really like my other Vectan powders , and $14 for 1.1 pounds sure is cheap.

8 lb. jug of 2400. $118.00, out the door.

30 Carbine, 30-06, 8mm Mauser, 303 British, 8x56R, 8x50R, 6.5 Swede and a half a dozen that the graybeard memory has fogged over until I get out the load books.....

8 lb. won't last that long.

NICE! 2400 is in a shortage around here it seems, & runs about $24.95+tax per pound.
At that price at about $15 per lb., the hazmat & shipping makes good sense, if ya use it a lot.

    Good for you!

Picked up another pound of IMR4227 at the gunshow. Building my stash to 8lbs. Loading .351WSL, my powder is costing me 6 cents per round, primer 3 cents, gas check 2 cents. So thats 11 cents per round. Lead was free. /Chris

He'll do. A couple of years back I gave him a 1970 Remington 870 16ga. because he was crying about not being able to hit dove with his expensive 12 gauge auto....

What do you use GM3 for? I purchased over 30 pounds of A1 and A0 from Graf's a couple of years ago. These 2 powders cover all of my pistol loadings nicely .
