PP sent last night, now I need to get to the range to empty the factory brass I have to get ready for it. Too bad the weather here is taking yet another bad turn.

Payment went out in yesterdays mail.

Last night at work the low was 22* with hardly any breeze. I think I got a moon burn on the back of my neck! We were all running around in shirt sleeves.

We just got the cherry 2 days ago, we are behind because of this but expect molds to ship in 7-10 days.

Guys, while cutting this mold we noticed the cherry is not to spec, attached it a drawing showing the difference ofabout .050 on the nose. I am in contact with the cutters and will check a turn time for a new cherry, unless the consensus is to go ahead with this nose.

I've got mixed feelings. Part of me would be fine with it as long as it would still be expected to cycle in most leverguns. The other part of me likes the fact that this is to be an almost exact replica of a Speer 240gr

I'm a patient man and have various other molds to be using. I don't mind the wait to get the cherry as you specified. If it's not as you spec'd, I'd ask for it to be.

That said, I'd go along with the consensus of the others.

I got off the phone with the tool makers, they said the new cherry will be here by Friday or Monday, so take this into consideration also.

Same here. They should make it right. Out of spec means exactly that. I don't think anybody wants to repeat the Lee Group Buy days where within specs was a **** shoot. Besides we're only talking about a few days here.

I agree, but I wanted to be completely up front as well.

I'm not in any kind of rush. You can probably go back and forth with 10 new cherries and still be faster than almost anybody else.

We can't ask for more than that. I'm sure we'll all be happy with the end result.
