I just bought this mold directly from MP.

Received it today and it is superb quality.
Same goes for the mold handles he makes.

This mold is becoming the favorite of a lot of 100m airgunshooters here in the Netherlands.

Sized in .309 these bullets shoot very well in my Corsair .308 (airgun).

Shot indoors at 100 meters off a bipod:

    Lambertus-
We don't know what size your 5 cent piece is in relation to ours. Could you give group size ctr-ctr in mm please. Are you gas checking the boolit or not.... the boolit is tipping and I would like to know why. Could you give your rifles twist also.

The 5 eurocent piece has a diameter of 21,25 mm (=0,84 inch).
Sorry can't measure the group size because i threw away the paper.

These bullets where only sized to .309 and lubed after they came from the mold.

I have never met an somebody who uses gaschecks in an airgun.
Compared to powder burners we have a very small pressure build up in the barrel.
Most if not all airguns have a maximum working pressure of 300 bar.

The barrel has a 1:20 twist rate.

Thank You.... now I know why. If you check, MiHec may plain base (or another one for you) the mold considering what you're doing with it. It would probably help some.

Put me in for one 4 cavity with just the H/P pins. rogue_diabloatyahoodotcom

I hope this doesn't take another year to get this one. I know I can get it fast, good, or cheap pick any two, but I am getting old and cranky waiting on these fine molds. I am only in on the report of it doing well in the 300 Blackout.
