    After I got my Bridgeport mill I converted mine to center fire. I made my brass from Hornet brass, made sizing dies and everything. It shoots very good and will smoke a 22mag.
    After the rim fire ammo came out, I made another firing pin to put it back to rim fire, just in case I wanted to try it.

    My first bullet mould was a 5mm. Bought it before I found the rifle with plans to make it my CB squirrel gun. Haven't converted it yet, or picked up rf ammo. She's still a virgin...

    Old thread I know but ,,,,,,,

    Just found 600 rounds of the original Remington ammunition in my shed ,sadly I sold the rifle many years ago.
    So far the ammo is still not available here in Oz.
