Canceled orders will be charged a 25% fee of total purchase price to cover the financial investments, time and potential losses I have incurred while working on your order.
Cancelation of orders beyond 1 year after order was placed will receive no refunds (does not apply to existing orders placed before October 2022). The purchase of a quality set of tooling represents an investment. This is an investment I do not intend any of you to lose on. Quality tooling takes time, I will not sacrifice quality for shorter wait times.
My commitment to completing your order is 100% no matter how long it takes.
I tell every potential customer before their order... "if you can give me the time I need I will provide you with a quality set of tooling that will make a lifetime supply of bullets."
Before placing your order be sure you are willing to wait, no matter how long it takes, for a quality set of tooling.
Unforeseen delays can and do occur. Estimates are hard to predict and represent no guarantee as to completion date of your order.
Initial payment to secure an order is, and always has been, half the total purchase price of your order. Payment in full, while much appreciated, will not affect the completion date of your order.
