Got down to around 40 early this morning, but fortunately no frost on the bananas.

Twenty degrees this morning in central Texas. New record for this date. TV weatherman all excited. Says it is warmer in Fairbanks than in central Texas. But by Friday it's back to 70 again.

5F and winds to 35 mph, windchill in the -30 range. It's absolutely miserable here in Northern NY.

Had two weeks of -30... The windchill the other night was below -50.
Yesterday in the sun, it got up to -16 and that seemed like a nice day.

-11 last night, -7 now. The wind is the killer with gusts around 30mph. Sunday night/Monday morning it was raining. Idiot Lab was running around in the snow wanting me to throw him some dummys when I let him out to drain this morning.

Starting to warm up a little, slowly though. Right now at 840am it's -6 with wind chill at -19. I'm not going to the shooting range today!

I'm at 5300', 35 miles north of Prescott, AZ. My last couple days have seen high around 55, lows in mid teens. The long range says next week will be in the 60's.

Saw the lake effect blizzards up near Watertown on TWC this morning. Ugh! I used to run 11 down to Watertown on my way over to Tonawanda quite often in the winter. Never knew what you were going to get.

Great. Yesterday's low was 4 above and we warmed to 23. Today we should hit the low thirty's and a good chance for some snow throughout the week.

It's 19 degrees now and forecast high of 48 degrees. Not too bad for this time of year here. Looks like the Southwest is the only part of the lower 48 not in the deep freeze at the moment.

Sunny, clear, high of 39 today. I'm going to cruise the University and check out the girls in their bikinis.
