I surely love this rifle...it's an added pleasure to have another gun to reload for. Both guns are scary accurate, and a "blast" to shoot! Here is a 100 yard group after mounting the scope (the wind was blowing pretty hard from left to right that day, so I'm assuming that's the reason for the right misses). I'm planning on doing some fine tuning on a calm day.

That's minute of deer no problem, about what my Marlin 1894 does. Is that a 686 below it?

629-3 classic...both 44 mag, but I can load hotter for the rifle. Gives me a little variety, anyway.

I've been saving a little at a time for the past 2 years for the rifle...was finally able to buy it last month. I'm pretty excited about it!

Good luck with the rifle. I just bought a Henry 22 mag and I like the way the Henry unloads over the Marlin 94 in 32-20. One can pull the tube and let them fall out the loading slot. Beats jacking the action to unload. Its not an all bad idea. henry lets you do that with its big bores liek yours.
