    I use RCBS dies, very expensive though. I was casting and sizing to .309, with Lee .311 93 grain mold powder coated. I found the the best way to seat the bullet was to use my Lee 7.62x25 case mouth expander and slightly bell mouth. If I use the RCBS expander die it would shear the bullet. But my main issue was using a cast bullet, the head would crush down as it was being seated in case. The load I was using was 9 grains of H110.

    Unique is what I use in mine, tried others, ran them over the chrony. Unique works best. I use a Lee bullet in mine, not going to buy a special mold for it. Same bullet works in my 32 S&W. Where unique works well in the Nagant, it sucks in the S&W. A safe unique load in the S&W gave really low velocity, trailboss worked best in it.
