My wife is working at a fabric store. One yard of cotton duck by 56" wide is $10.99. I think a person could sew some pockets for scoped barrels and fold the bottom up and the top down, roll it ends in, then in half and put some handles on it. Should cost some time and $15.

I don't know if it's my iPad or their site, but their photos don't come up for me. I've always ordered directly from their site. I have a LOT of these, for my revolvers, rifles, actions, barrels, long flintlocks, and traditional bows. THEY WORK. I especially like the 13" or so socks for handguns for my barrels, which are all 10". You can find others for the longer barrels. A phone call to them can be useful. Some places like Midway carry them, but not all their products. Highly recommended to keep things rust and scratch free in storage.

I never store things in a gun case. Never.

I have 60 plus custom cases made by liberty sports 3148650155 ask for Tyler. The have made several types for rifle and pistol barrels. I tried several other ideas and these worked best. The will make a 5" by 20" with padding zipper and 2" Web handle for $7 if you buy 10 at a time. Can store them on safe shelf lined up like books. If I get any more I will find out how much to sew a pocket with clear window put info in. Currently I use a cable tie with tag that I label with a code number.

I put mine in old tube socks. Then slide them in between the verticle long gun barrels in my safe.

I store mine in small silicone coated gun socks, I have a mechanic’s rolling tool chest. Be very careful, the frames are well known for breeding and multiplying, it’s not just the barrels!! Ask me how I know. Tim

I spray the outside of an old sock, turn it inside out and slide a barrel into it. Been doing that with Handguns too, for almost 50yrs.

    Use Ballistol, best thing ever.
