    #1 buck load

Anyone know of any published data for a 12 ga 15 pellet #1 buck load using cards and fiber wads?

With perhaps some card stack adjustment:

The 34 pellet #4B loads will also handle 16 #1B
The 9 pellet 00B loads will also handle 12 #1B
That is assuming all pellets noted meet the nominal diameter and weight.

Using plain card and fiber wads with low antimony buckshot, (Remington 00B bag shot for example), or plain lead cast buckshot, would give the widest possible pattern. Presuming this is the original posters intent.

If you're new to buckshot loading, you can also read the BPI "Buckshot Loading Manual III" that's available as a free PDF from several sources. It goes into a lot of the nuts and bolts behind designing buck loads. Interesting read!
