    Lee 459-500 3R Length

    Has anyone tried these? I am wanting to purchase this mold but I am wanting to know what the OAL of this bullet is.

    It's pretty long. In my handi rifle 45-70 I can crimp in the first grease groove (barely)

    Ill measure a few when I get home. Memory tells me it's around an inch or more

    Mine are measuring around 1.35-1.36"

    They're long, yes. But don't worry overly about the length of the finished projectile. They shoot great out of my trapdoor and sharps.
