Slugged the bore of my 9.3x57 last nite, got .370" +/- .0005" depending across which lands I was measuring, is this size unusual?? It seems quite big to me. Also I slugged it at both ends and got no decernable difference in size.

Once I was young, now I am old and in between went by way to fast.

Yep...It's oversized. 9.3mm = .366" My 9.3 slugs .365 (both barrels). Pilgrim
9,3x57's ran larger than 9,3x62 or 9,3x74R. Yours is about what I would expect. PITA isn't it?
Might be an opportunity to use the more common 375 bullets and size 'em down to fit. That is if the chamber neck is generous too.
My 9.3x57 Husky measures .366 but the chamber neck doesn't like the case necks to be greater than .392 in diameter which can be a bit tight with some brass.
