My nephew's birthday knife and sheath. He's butchered several game animals with it since he got it: antelope, elk, etc. Arizona Ironwood handle, reconstituted Turquoise spacer.
My carving knife, and, my personal knife, a Helle "Harding" No. 99 blade, Arizona Ironwod handle, Cocobolo butt cap, Bone Corian and reconstituted Turquoise spacers. Stingray hide laminated to 6 oz. cowhide sheath.
Perhaps not strictly "custom" 'cuz I don't have the time or inclination to make the blades, but a very fulfilling pastime.
